My Valentine’s Day Playlist #Troop8X #HTC8

I am not a huge romantic so to come up with a Valentine’s Day playlist was actually pretty hard for me. I mean, mine and my husband’s “song” is Sweating Bullets by Megadeth. Don’t ask, it’s a long story from before we were officially a couple. It’s weird but it works for us. So it’s pretty safe to say that mushy love songs aren’t my thing.

My playlist on my HTC Windows Phone 8X is an eclectic mix of love type songs, songs that remind me a specific time, or just remind me of my husband in either a direct or indirect way. As you can see, my music taste is pretty eclectic.

Ha Ha, Iove your tastes in music :D 80′s rock will never die! I have seen Tesla live twice & Megadeth once .. used to attend lots of concerts. Check out my Facebook page: leplady OR Melissa Green Hartley
A lot of my life revolves around music..oh, & I love Adam Lambert, too–he’s unique, sexy, & beyond confident..LOL! My very fave 80′s bands are: Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Europe, Motley Crue, etc. But I also love a lot of today’s music–Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Three Days Grace, Chevelle…& so on..

    • Haha. I can’t seem to let the hair metal go either. My 13 year old loves it now too. I’m kind of surprised that I like Adam Lambert since I didn’t when he was on AI but what can I say? The dude is catchy ;)

    • Oh, and we saw Tesla a few years ago at a small club. Longest show ever and it was general admission with no seats. They were great though. We’d see them again in a heartbeat!

I met Tesla’s singer Jeff in February 2001 at a club after the show–walked around with him a bit..he signed my ticket stub 7 then went off to smoke a big joint with a fan .. hee hee .. he’s super nice.
