Pamper Yourself and Recharge Your Battery in 2014

This is a sponsored post but the thoughts and content are 100% my own.

Pamper Yourself and Recharge Your Battery in 2014I have to admit that being a mom to a teenager and a toddler, I’m tired. I am guilty of giving all of myself to others and having little to nothing left for myself at the end of the day. I hardly ever put make up on, I am in desperate need of a haircut, I sometimes don’t shower until 3:00 in the afternoon, and pamper myself? Yeah, right.

I don’t think I’m alone in this but I can’t tell you the last time I wore perfume or pampered myself with a long hot bath complete with bubble bath or exfoliated my skin. In the new year I think I need to make myself a priority. 2014 is going to be the year of ME, darn it!

I sometimes feel guilty when I go off and shop on my own for a few hours or stay up (way too late) for some alone time. But I’m no good to anyone if I’m burned out. I need to learn that it’s okay and my entire family is better off if I put my needs first once in a while because then I’m a much happier mom and a much nicer wife. Right, ladies?

Who’s with me? Who’s going to give themselves permission to pamper themselves with some new make up, a nice outfit, a flirty new haircut, or a few hours in a nice quite bookstore with a coffee? Doesn’t that sound amazing? Recharge yourself and be the awesome mom and wife that you want to be.

BeautyEncounter.com can help. They have a ton of products not only to pamper yourself with, but you can get a little something for your husband/significant other, or something to make your whole house smell fabulous which in turn also makes you a happier you!
