Today for the Summer Blog Challenge we are posting recipes that we love. If there was ever a day that you may want to check out the linky for what the other blogs are posting, it’s today! Who doesn’t love to find a great new recipe? Today I am going to share two because I just couldn’t decide. Both of these recipes have already been posted so it may seem like a cop-out, but they were already posted because they are truly favorites.
The first is Spinach Lasagna. This is made with homemade sauce (recipe also included) and no boil noodles. Super easy and versatile
The second recipe is Jerk Pork Roast. I have made this with both a tenderloin and a regular pork loin and it’s great with both cuts. It’s very flavorful and not super spicy because I use a jalapeño instead of a habañero. I made this again last week and forgot a jalapeño and it was just fine with some Chohula hot sauce instead.
This reminds me that I have seriously slacked on my Foodie Friday posts and should bring them back. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as my family does. Bon apetit!
