Having a very rowdy toddler hasn’t given me much of an opportunity to read lately. If I’m being honest, I haven’t read much since my early pregnancy when it was still comfortable to lay in bed and read. In the past few weeks I have decided to make it a point to finish the books that I have started and start the ones that I have
hoarded waiting for me on my bookshelves. I still don’t have the time during the day but every night before bed I have been reading, even if it’s only a chapter or two.
I am currently reading Stephen King’s 11/22/63 on my Kindle. I have been reading it for a while at this pace and am still only a little more than halfway done as it is a very long book, but I’m getting it done! I will then finally try to finish The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo that I started early on in my pregnancy. Once I have completed them I have several other books that I would like to get started on:
- The Help
- The Wet Nurse’s Tale
- When You Are Engulfed in Flames
- The Dante Club
- A Dirty Job
- Stop Dressing Your Six-Year-Old Like a Skank
- Island of the Sequined Love Nun
- I Drink for a Reason
Those should keep me busy for a little while!
Have you read a good book lately? I am always looking for suggestions
