Woohoo! I stuck to my guns and followed the plan and I lost three pounds and two ounces this past week. Hello, motivation. Nice to see you again.
I have been getting bored with the same old snacks and have started to switch it up a bit. My favorite snack this week has been fat free cottage cheese, cucumber, onion powder, chives, and pepper. Or you could just add cucumber to chive and onion cottage cheese but they don’t seem to have that here in Colorado so I’ve had to make it myself.
Some other snacks that I have enjoyed this week have been edamame salad, almonds, mozzerella sticks, clementines, roasted red pepper hummus with carrot sticks, and celery sticks with bleu cheese dressing. These snacks have gotten me out of my rut and over the hump.
My weight loss this week was 3 pounds for a total of 10.2 pounds.
