In general I do my best to eat a healthy diet. We hardly ever eat processed foods and I make almost everything from scratch but despite that I still have some digestive issues from time to time. Indigestion and bloating is something that has plagued me for much of my adult life and as I get older, the symptoms are becoming more uncomfortable. Since I prefer to try to treat symptoms in the most natural way possible first, I decided to try a probiotic.
I have been taking Insync probiotics for about three weeks now and I have started to notice an improvement in the frequency of my heartburn, indigestion, and bloating. I take one natural probiotic tablet every morning with a healthy breakfast and carry on with the rest of my day.
In the winter months it’s especially difficult to stay healthy and active. It’s cold and gloomy and I don’t know about you but I don’t want to go outside as much. Because of this I really feel the blahs a lot more in the winter. I’ve been making an effort to eat healthier, drink more water, and on the warmer days we go outside for a walk or a little play time in the yard. If the weather is really nice, as it is pretty often here in Colorado, we may go for a hike.
Why are probiotics good for your digestive health?
Probiotics are live microorganisms (or bacteria) that live in your gut. These are the kind of bacteria that we want in our systems. Sometimes our bacteria is out of balance or is killed off by the use of antibiotics and we need to introduce the good bacteria back into our system. This is done by eating foods rich in probiotics or taking a supplement such as Insync. This is great for digestive system balance but there are other benefits as well.
So eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, get some exercise and fresh air, and keep your gut flora happy by taking a probiotic to keep yourself feeling healthy in the winter months or any time of year.

My husband has been on a lot of antibiotics lately and keeps getting sick in other ways. I think I need to pick up some probiotics for him now. #client
