Green Toys Sponsor Spotlight & Race Cars Review

Green Toys are a California company that manufactures their toys 100% in the USA. California is known for their strict toy making and environmental laws so you can be assured that they are safe and free of BPA and Phthalates. They make their toys out of recycled milk jugs which are made of high-density polyethylene. This is considered one of the safest and cleanest plastics.

I really liked the very minimal amount of (recycled) packaging that Green Toys uses. It enables me to trust that they really stand behind their mission and aren’t just jumping on the green bandwagon. I was also very pleased with the quality of the race cars. Since they are made entirely of recycled plastic, they are lighter than any other toy vehicle that I’ve seen. There isn’t any metal or other heavier materials used so their light weight may seem like they aren’t of high quality, but rest assured that when you buy an item from Green Toys that you are getting a high quality item.

I was also impressed with the attention to detail on these race cars. I thought that the outlet on the back of the car was a nice touch. When K is a little older he can pretend that his race cars run on electricity.

Overall I am very pleased with the Green Toys race cars. We also have a Green Toys dump truck that is fabulous as well and I look forward to adding more Green Toys to K’s collection.
