I can’t believe that it will be December tomorrow. I know we all say this every year, but seriously, where did this year go? It was just summer and now I’m getting ready for Christmas! I have made a lot of progress and just have my husband left to buy gifts for and stocking stuffers for the kids.
Stockings. Why do I have such a hard time with stockings? I guess it’s not just me since I assume you’re here because you’re also a little stumped.
I know that a lot of people fill stockings with little essentials and toiletries, but I have never done that. When I was a kid my stocking always had little gifts in it, so I see stockings as an extension to the gifts under the tree. Something the kids can come down and open while waiting for mom and dad to have some coffee and wake up before the big event. Because of this, I want them to be met with (almost) the same excitement, just on a smaller scale. But finding stocking stuffers that are fun and won’t break the bank is hard.
This year, I started saving some stocking stuffer ideas early and have come up with some great things to choose from that my seven-year-old will love. I hope you find some great ideas here for the little boy on your list, too.
Stocking stuffers your kids will actually like!
